Is it actually fair?

Yes — we’re quants, we’d be embarrassed otherwise. Each spin draws from your browser’s cryptographic random number generator (crypto.getRandomValues), rejection-sampled to remove modulo bias, so every remaining team has an exactly equal shot at every spin. Nothing is sent to a server and nothing is predetermined — each pick is decided the moment you spin.
